Changed your mind?

For eligible online purchases, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Email hello@peakoja.com with your order number and the item you wish to return; do not arrange an independent return before we confirm the correct address or collection method.

Looking after the item

You may inspect a product as you reasonably would in a shop. Please keep it unused beyond that inspection, unassembled where applicable, and protected in its original packaging whenever possible. We may make a lawful deduction if handling has reduced the item's value. The need for safe packaging does not limit your statutory rights.

Large-item returns

Furniture and other bulky pieces may need an arranged collection. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return cost where this was disclosed before purchase. We will confirm the collection arrangements and applicable cost before booking it.

Made to your specifications

The statutory cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not apply merely because an ordinary catalogue item is produced or sourced after you order. Any applicable restriction will be made clear before purchase.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not assemble or use a damaged item where doing so could make the problem worse. We will arrange the appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

Refunds

For an eligible cancellation, we refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We may wait until the goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied.
